Historic Dekalb Courthouse Wedding | Decatur, GA

Veronica and Jared’s wedding was an extra special one because they decided to have an intimate wedding at the Dekalb Historic Courthouse AKA the DeKalb History Center. Nestled at the center of Decatur, it’s no longer a functioning courthouse but instead houses the local historical society and contains a museum for visitors. Jeronica and Jared chose a great spot to have their wedding because the space was beaming with natural light and beautiful stone walls.

The wedding primarily held only a few close family and friends, and though it might be seen as unconventional by some (the couple essentially officiated their own wedding), I was cheering them on all the way. The day was filled with enthusiasm, authentic vibes, and all around joy. Peek the gallery to see their day!
